Why Chose Us As A Coaching Partner?
Personalized Approach
When working with our clients, we take on assignments where we believe we can have a positive impact, and where there is mutual chemistry. Although chemistry is hard to describe, our experience tells us that it is critical for building rapport and trust. We also care about our client’s careers. We believe you can not separate out career and leadership coaching. The two are intertwined. It is hard to be an effective leader if you are not passionate about what you do, and if you are not doing meaningful work.
Our Coaching Lenses
When we coach leaders we apply three lenses to each engagement: 1) the adult development lens – this means we look at the whole person and where clients are in their personal development journey; 2) the team development lens – we support leaders to build high performing teams, to influence without direct authority, and to build positive relationships; 3) the organizational results lens – we understand the need to drive results and the fundamentals of business.
Credentials and Experience
We have a track record of success working with leaders on professional and career related issues. All of our coaches have coaching credentials and business experience and they have all completed accredited coach training programs to ensure the highest level of coaching competency.
Our Process
Here are a few distinguishing qualities of our process:
- We operate on the frequency principle. The more often the coach and client meet, the greater the momentum and the more rapid the change.
- We support clients from the inside-out. We believe that professional work is one of the biggest opportunities for personal growth, and in order to be effective as a leader it requires more than skills. Deep personal introspection is often required to break patterns and truly get better.
- We have a leadership toolkit. Often clients need to have a “quick hit” solution to help them with a team event or issue. We offer a suite of leadership tools to help them with common management issues.
- We triangulate the coach/client/organizational relationships. We understand that a lot of our work is done in an organizational context and we contract on that basis.
- We work one on one with individuals or we integrate coaching into leadership and succession programs.
- We structure the process to ensure there are clear goals and a game plan, yet we also “go with the flow” and deal with issues as their arise.
- We gather feedback on how we are doing, so we can continuously refine our approach and improve.
