Natalie Michael, Managing Partner

Natalie is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Karmichael Group. She has coached business leaders from a variety of large complex organizations such as Versacold, Kal Tire, Easy Financial, Interior Health, BC Hydro, Rogers, TetraTech, Kinross Gold, and Spectra Energy, and she advises organizations on succession management. She thoroughly embraces the “big idea” of executive coaching – when people live their values, and feel on purpose, they are more inspiring, and effective leaders. Natalie’s succession management experience includes program design, high potential leadership selection, and integrating succession initiatives with each leader’s personal career goals. Prior to becoming a coach and consultant she was the VP, Human Resources for Blast Radius, a Top 100 Employer and one of the top 50 Best Managed Companies in Canada. She has a Masters in Organizational Management, is a Certified Coach, and she is a certified HR consultant in Canada and the United States.

Cheryl Stafford – Partner, Coach and Consultant

Cheryl is an executive coach and consultant who helps clients discover their passions, enhance self-awareness, and commit to action. She has over 17 years strategic human resources experience and she is currently the President of the Vancouver Chapter of the International Coach Federation. Cheryl is a certified executive coach from Royal Roads University and a certified human resources professional, receiving recognition for as an HR Professional of the Year finalist with BCHRMA. Cheryl specializes in Emotional Intelligence and using trait based leadership and talent management tools and she mentors other coaches.

Tita Odiardi, Leadership Coach & Consultant, Central America

Tita is a Consultant & Coach with The Karmichael Group. Specifically she works on global leadership development projects for clients with operations in Central America. She provides services in Strategy, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Succession Planning, and Talent Management. She has extensive experience developing behavioural models for success and assessing a leader’s potential for advancement. Tita has a Doctorate (PHD) in Psychology and an MBA from Ibero Americana University and she is a certified coach. She has taught for 26 years at Ibero Americana University, as well as at ITAM and ITESM.

Marion Janssen,Human Resources Consultant

Marion works with clients who need to build human resources programs to support their leadership development efforts. She has over 20 years consulting, leadership, and human resources experience. She was the Director HR for Cloverdale Paints, and BC HotHouse Foods, and she spent ten years with London Drugs. Her passion is helping people to unlock their career potential, and supporting organizations to be excellent employers. She is a Certified HR professional, and has a business administration diploma.

Irene McTavish, Project Coordinator

Irene coordinates our leadership assessment process and completes special projects for clients. She has held senior administrative positions with large companies including Oracle and Rogers. She has supported central office executive directors in various fields, including marketing, operations, information technology, consulting, human resources and finance. This variety in experience has naturally lead to involvement in all areas of project and management support with The Karmichael Group. She has a bachelors degree in marketing and communications.
