The Career Intervention is a highly engaging coaching process which will help you discover your passions, and put your career on a fulfilling track

We designed the program based on one important truth – you can not be an inspiring and engaging leader if you feel unfulfilled.

In this program, clarity is power. You will identify your passions, values, and talents, and assess where you are now, and where you want your career to be. We will also identify the things that keep you from achieving the results you want, and then work on a game plan for realizing your career vision.

Throughout the coaching, you will do a number of assignments; each one carefully chosen to spark deep personal reflection. We don’t pretend our partnership will be effortless, but if you’re committed and driven to make it work, we promise it will be rewarding.
