The Executive Service is for executives who are dealing with complex organizational and political issues.  It is for you, if you are driving a major initiative in your organization, and you recognize that to get the results you want you need to strategically get a handle on the political landscape, and competing agendas, and you need to positively influence key people in your organization. An executive engagement follows a systematic process using our seven step executive coaching model and it typically lasts six to twelve months.  Each engagement is highly customized to fit with your situation; however typical components include:

1) stakeholder mapping to identify who and what you are trying to influence

2) political awareness to understand the common political pitfalls which may hijack your efforts

3) style awareness so you can adapt your behaviour to get the results you want

4) active reflection to take stock of the macro-picture and to think about and refine your approach
